[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, cafeteria plan and COBRA services for reimbursement options to the member via check or direct deposit as elected by the member and choosing to open one or more of the benefit package option accounts etc.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 8, 2018.
(3) A contract term should be for three years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
