(1) A vendor needs to provide janitorial supplies and services for central health unit an employee shall keep the floors, bathrooms, elevators, entranceways, clean and accomplish tasks as requested by the administrator and supplies of vacuums, brooms, mops, brushes, cloths, sponges, carpet shampoo machines, paper cups, hand soaps, soap cleaners, toilet tissue, paper towels, disinfectants, dusting chemicals, scouring agents, locking chemical cart, and all other supplies necessary to perform the service in a reasonable manner as needed to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
(2) All contract period will be for one year.
