(1) Vendor needs to provide on-call janitorial services for entrances, lobby, foyers, glass stair railings and base including reception areas, restrooms, office areas to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
(2) All the question must be submitted no later than December 8, 2017.
(3) A mandatory walk through will be held on October 25, 2017.
