[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic health record, patient billing and accounts receivable system for sort all data based on service lines adults, adolescents, forensics, by guarantors and fields to be specified, capability to filter data by payer source, diagnosis, specific medication, provider, referral source, and other fields to be specified, display a patient summary sheet including patient demographics, problems, medications, allergies, health maintenance, encounter listing, patient tasks, recent encounters, patient picture, personal profile etc.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 13, 2017.
(3) A contract term should be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
