(1) Vendor needs to provide bookstore consulting services to assist in the assessment of the current bookstore business model, financial performance and operations with a set of recommendations for development of a comprehensive strategic plan for operating and managing this auxiliary enterprise to the government authority located in Fayetteville, AR.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 10, 2017.
(3) A mandatory pre-proposal tele-conference will be held on October 03, 2017.
(4) Contract period will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
