The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 16 (NCO 16) intends to negotiate a Period of Performance, sole source, firm fixed priced contract with, COMPUTRITION, INC. 8521 FALLBROOK AV, STE 100, West Hills, CA 91304. The VA, Fayetteville VA Medical Center has a requirement to purchase Computrition Software. Reference the Performance Work Statement below for details. The period of performance will be 06–09–2025 through 06–08–2026.This acquisition is in accordance with FAR 8.405–6(b)(1): Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level or quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized.The proposed contractor; COMPUTRITION, INC is currently the sole provider of Computrition Software within the United States, excluding territories.
