[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide telephone answering services from Monday to Friday during normal business hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and after business hours from 4:01 AM to 7:59 PM and 24 hours on holidays and weekends.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than May 26, 2017.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
