Vendor needs to provide compensation consultant service to the government authority located in Fayetteville, AR.– Review and evaluate the agency’s current compensation philosophy and facilitate the development of an updated and competitive compensation philosophy.– Review current survey methodology and provide recommendations on future survey methodology to include frequency of surveys and benchmark data sources.– Conduct a comprehensive total compensation survey following the adopted philosophy and methodology on the timeframe agreed upon.– Conduct a total compensation analysis to provide the agency with an accurate assessment of how its compensation plan compares with the selected labor market– Conduct an analysis of leave benefits including holidays, sick leave, vacation, personal development leave, and personal holidays.– Assist in the development of strategy for implementing the compensation recommendations and plan.
