(1) Vendor needs to provide international student recruitment services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.• Outline a clear strategy for recruitment, marketing, and enrollment management, including projected international student enrollment for the term of the agreement.• Increase International Student Enrollment• Enhance Global Brand Recognition• Streamline Admissions and Enrollment Process• Establish a Sustainable Revenue Share Financial Model• Existing international student recruitment strategy and does not currently have an incumbent contract for international student recruitment services.• Develop localized recruitment plans, including strategies for in–person events, virtual fairs, and partnerships with local education agents.• Create and translate promotional materials, ensuring accuracy and cultural sensitivity.• Provide prospective students with step–by–step guidance on completing applications, including information about required documentation and deadlines(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 29, 2025(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on April 22, 2025.(4) The contract period will be for four years.
