(1) Vendor needs to provide business card and stationery production service to the government authority located in Arkansas.   • Provide business card, letterhead and envelope printing via a portal service.• Ability to provide digital letterhead as requested at no cost to the University• Ability to offer various options including to, coloured card backs, photos on the cards, various paper stocks, foils and other embellishments as needed• Support multiple templated looks that are available for users to select form and be able to add options as needed t no additional cost to the University• Offer range of quantity runs for business cards, letterhead and envelopes including a short run of 25 through a traditional run of 500 utilizing digital copying practices• Provide a digital portal allowing entities to select options and templates in a shopping cart function• Portal should have control features to ensure brand standards are maintained• Portal should provide multiple layers of approvals before placing order(s)• Portal should accept university purchasing cards for ease of use when ordering
