(1) Vendor needs to provide third party administrator service.– The two major service components are defined as health insurance and medical management program.– Health insurance the prospective contractor shall identify and include all costs associated with the activities and tasks that meet the requirements of the for health insurance services and all additional activities and tasks identified in the prospective contractor’s proposal.– Medical management the contractor shall enter the per member per month fee in the blue–shaded cells using the reporting breakdown provided.– Employee assistance program the prospective contractor shall identify and include all costs associated with the activities and tasks that meet the requirements of the for employee assistance program.– Claims repricing prospective contractors shall submit claim repricing summary data as described in the instructions.– Provider discounts prospective contractors shall submit medical provider network discount data using the uniform discount data submission dataset for full–year actual discounts and projected discounts.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 25, 2025.
