(1) Vendor needs to provide banking services to the government authority located in Mountain Home, AR.• Bank services include– Full service on all accounts.– Check forms and deposit slips on all accounts– Month–end statements on all accounts.– Investment counsel, prompt execution of district investment orders, and safekeeping service.– Pledged federal and state securities of the bank’s choice, over and above the insurance to cover large investments.– Electronic check reconciliation files compatible with the agency’s bookkeeping software, and ability to work directly with state software staff with implementation or updates of applications.– Processing and administration of electronic direct deposit payrolls and related payments.– Safe deposit box.– Vault storage facilities.– At agency request, automatic electronic drafts, wires, or other ACH transactions to or from state or federal agencies.– Stop payment services(2) The contract period will be for three years.
