(1) Vendor needs to provide automatic vehicle location system to monitor vehicle positions in real time.– Web–based mapping service such as Google Maps for vehicle tracking of routes.– Ad–hoc maps and routine updates.– Administrator module to monitor bus location information, etc.– Geo–fencing of vehicles including dispatcher alerts.– Navigational map tool and customer (passenger) interface module.– Route management module.– Vehicle location module.– Website information display.– Data storage and reporting.(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 24, 2025.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
