(1) Vendor needs to provide economic development services to the government authority located in AR.– Including: Planning, marketing, and strategic advice and counsel regarding job recruitment, job development, job retention and job expansion; supervision and operation of city property used for economic purposes; and negotiation of contracts for the sale or lease of city property for economic development purposes.– Assist leaders in the creation of economic development goals that will increase employment opportunities for citizens and the city’s revenue base.– Develop and implement a strategic marketing and engagement plan to retain existing businesses, to foster expansion of existing businesses, and to achieve the economic development goals. Engagement plans should include:1. Workforce development2. Training and education3. Business recruitment4. Representation and advocacy of the local business community(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 26, 2024.
