(1) Vendor needs to provide 1095–B and 1094–B forms e–filing and processing services to the government authority located in Arkansas. • Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) and provide a Call Center that handle calls from Medicaid Beneficiaries• Host a web portal to employees and contractors, including contractor Call Center employees. Contractor must be able to distinguish between users of each group for reporting purposes.• IT Project Oversight and Coordination functions.• Development, deployment, and on–going support of the Portal• On–going support includes the administration, monitoring, customization, and application–level technical support of the Portal.• Maintain sufficient staffing levels to ensure successful performance of all duties.• Staff a dedicated, full–time Project Manager (PM) assigned to and overseeing all contracted activities between agency.• Conduct data correction and maintenance.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 18, 2024.
