(1) Vendor needs to provide business community engagement platform.• Functional Requirements– User–friendly interface: The platform should be easy to use for both members of the public (small business owners) and agency employees.– Communication tools: Must include features that facilitate two–way communication between small businesses and the agency.– Engagement capabilities: Should offer ways to increase engagement with small businesses, such as event management, surveys, forums, etc.– Mobile accessibility: The platform should be accessible via mobile devices for convenience.• Technical Requirements– Cloud–based solution: An online platform that doesn't require local installation.– Integration capabilities: Ability to integrate with existing agency systems and databases.– Security and compliance: Must meet government security standards and data protection regulations.– Scalability: Able to handle growing numbers of users and data.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
