The U.S. Government currently occupies retail and related space in a building under lease. The Government is considering alternate space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the government`s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non–productive agency downtime. The Government`s desire is for TWO full service leases for approximately 2400 and 3200 rentable square feet of Retail space for an Armed Forces Career Center for a term not to exceed five (5) years with Government termination rights and located within a defined delineated area: Little Rock areas: near the intersection of I–430 and I–30, extending alone I–30 to I–30 and Business I–30 (University Ave).
