(1) Vendor needs to provide website architecture and redesign service using CMS.– Agency is seeking design and development services for its website.– Provide a plan and framework for the design process and delivery timeline to meet the project schedule.– Provide dynamic, impactful, concise, with an elegant yet memorable and engaging design– Provide flexibility and ease of use and maintenance.– Information architecture including but not limited to: faculty + staff directory, internal departments, gallery for work, press (in the news) / news / blog, social media sharing, people feature, profiles– The vendor will perform audience–based surveys including, but not limited to, future students, alumni, current students, faculty, staff and parents. The vendor will perform assessments of peer institutions and programs.– The vendor will deliver to the agency tested designs that meet the needs of mobile, tablet and desktop interfaces.– Visual redesign of the interface for the site and identity.– Creation of a conceptual design strategy that establishes the design for current and future design elements.– Adaptability for growth and expansion of the site– All pages must have a site search capability using the agency’s search tool(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 21, 2024.(3) Contract period will be for four years.
