(1) Vendor needs to provide occupational health services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.– Services shall be available 24 hours a day.– There shall be a 24–hour turnaround for negative urine tests.– There shall be a maximum 48–hour turnaround for positive tests.• Physicals shall include the following:– Blood Pressure– Weight– Temperature– Eye Testing– Reflex– Coordination– Hearing– Cardio–Vascular– Medical History– Physician or Nurse Summary of Physical(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Nov 7 ,2024.
