(1) Vendor needs to provide occupational health services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.– Provide occupational health services to include pre–employment physical screenings, drug and alcohol testing services for employees of the county.– These testing services are for new hires, random drug testing of employees, employee physicals.– Urine tests shall test for the following substances:– Amphetamines, Methamphetamines, Opiates (Codeine, Morphine), Propoxyphene– There will be two types of physicals required:– Level 3 DOT with drug screen using NIDA–5 screening– Level 3 Law Enforcement Physicals with 10–Panel Drug Screening(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 7, 2024.
