(1) Vendor needs to provide carbon development consultant services to the government authority located in Arkansas.– Prospective contractor has previous experience in developing, implementing, monitoring and managing carbon offset programs.– Prospective contractor's experience includes but is not limited to; carrying out feasibility studies, drafting project design documents, emission baseline determination and surveys, conducting site visits, periodic quality and technical reviews, assessing additionality, emission reduction estimates, presenting project data, projecting estimated credits and cash flow, facilitate third party verification and issuance and marketing of carbon/offset credits.(2) All question had been submitted on September 24, 2024.(3) A contract term will be for one year.
