(1) Vendor needs to provide managed network IT service to the government authority located in Benton, AR.– Provide managed network services for the agency.– Ensure that the agency network is reliable, secure, and scalable to support its current and future needs– Improve the efficiency, performance, and quality of the network services• Services– Network design, installation, configuration, and maintenance– Network monitoring, troubleshooting, and support– Network security, backup, and disaster recovery– Network documentation and training– Onsite support during regular business hours– Emergency support during outages– Microsoft 365 management and monitoring– Security consulting for cloud applications– Server data backup and recovery with cloud secured retention points– Automated patch management for workstations, network equipment, and servers.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
