(1) Vendor needs to provide outdoor public address system.– The system must be low–amplitude speakers to avoid disturbing neighboring offices and businesses while being audible over the noise of idling buses.– Paging horns are not permitted to keep the sound localized and prevent distrubance to neighbors. The speakers shall be installed under an existing canopy of a structure on the National Historic Register.– The base amp shall have inputs for the microphone and an auxiliary input, and shall be installed inside the building.– System shall consist of the following:• One (1) 60 watt 70 volt amplifier with inputs for microphone and auxiliary input. Shall have volume control.• One (1) paging microphone with on/off switch and a stand• Three (3) small format 70 volt 2–way speakers• Three (3) medium format 70 Volt 2–way speakers(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 20, 2024.
