(1) Vendor needs to provide medical marijuana seed to sale tracking system.                  – Thorough and robust medical marijuana product tracking system which maintains product accountability throughout the entire manufacturing, production, and dispensing process.– A seed–to–sale system to allow for efficient tax and inventory audits, to protect the public health, prevent diversion and inversion, and to facilitate the enforcement of the regulations.– While being cognitive of the unique regulatory challenges and fluctuating federal legal status of marijuana, the seed–to–sale system will allow the State to enact a robust regulatory framework around a legal Medical Marijuana Program.– Provides metrics clearly establishing that the Prospective Contractor is reliable and capable of fully performing the required services– Provides metrics suggesting that the Prospective Contractor’s level of performance may be acceptable, but it does not clearly establish that the Prospective Contractor is reliable and capable of fully performing the required services(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2024.
