(1) Vendor needs to provide telephonic nurse triage services.– Provide a 24/7/365 Toll–Free Nurse Call Line.– Provide a toll–free number for employees to call concerning on–the–job injuries, aches, or pains.– Include timely medical guidance, coordinated care, streamlined reporting and effective return–to–work strategies improving the overall health and productivity of city employees.– Have a trained nurse immediately available to answer calls.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
