(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.– Vacuum carpet of all dirt, dust, and other debris.– Remove spots, smears, spills, stains, and excessive build–up such as spillage or crusted material.– Remove and dispose of trash and replace trashcans with new liners.– Clean and disinfect trashcans.– Ensure floors are free of streaks, marks, and mop strands and have a uniform luster.– Wash and sanitize the interior and exterior of all toilets and urinals including around the inside rim.– Leave toilet seats in a raised position after being cleaned and sanitized.– Restock paper towels, paper tissue, and soap.– Clean and sanitize the interior and exterior of the water closets, which includes, but is not limited to, all porcelain fixtures, metal surfaces, washbasins, stalls, and mirrors.– Wipe, sanitize, polish, and dry all mirrors, shelving, dispensers, fixtures, and piping(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 23, 2024(3) Contract period will be for one year.
