Vendor needs to provide educator coordinator services to the government authority located in Arkansas.– The services furnished by the contractor are in support of, or in coordination with the appropriate catholic services, rites and observances that are governed by the catholic ecclesiastical regulations.– The non–personal services furnished by the contractor are also in support of developing, implementing, coordinating and evaluating the religious education programs that are governed by the archdiocese for the services guidelines.– The contractor’s responsibilities encompass the establishing, budgeting, planning, coordinating, advertising and monitoring of various religious education requirements.– This includes, but is not limited to, assisting in the evaluation of the program and its processes, coordinating volunteer support for any related programs and planning and implementing improvements for program development with the approval of the agency.– Develop, schedule, recruit volunteers for and implement all annual catholic programs and activities.– Coordinate with catholic program leaders, chaplain advisors, and the wing chaplain or designee, during the creation of the annual calendar of events. Collaborate with other faith groups as required for ecumenical activities, facility sharing needs, etc.– Recruit volunteers to be teachers, helpers, bible study leaders, project officers, event setup crew or any other duty required for the program and activities.
