(1) Vendor needs to provide computerized maintenance management system to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR. – Provide a highly configurable commercial–off–the–shelf software solution for work management against a host of capital resource assets.– The control, management, restoration, conservation, and regulation of various species of fish and wildlife– Include a software solution to meet the agency’s capital resource management and deferred maintenance needs.– These needs must be met by selecting a software that can achieve the following critical success factors:A. Has the ability to forecast future maintenance and costB. Has the ability to query reports multiple ways and pull information as many ways as possibleC. Facilitate the tracking of maintenance and preventative maintenance and schedulingD. Be a Work Order system that can effectively track the work done to a capital resource(2) All questions had been submitted no later than July 8, 2024 (3) A pre–bid meeting was held on June 26, 2024. (4) The contract period will be for five years.
