ESTATE-8725 - USA (Fayetteville, Arkansas) - Real Estate Advisory Services - Deadline July 17,2024

(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate advisory services to the government authority located in Fayetteville, AR.– Provide real estate advisory services, including the development of real estate strategy to maximize opportunities for strategic acquisitions and management of real estate resources.  – Assist with third party real estate partnerships for property development and management.– Provide recommendations for a property management software system that best suits the University’s go–forward needs and identify associated best practices.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 9, 2024.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2024.
