(1) Vendor needs to provide computerized maintenance management system.– Provide a work order software solution, ability to forecast future maintenance and cost.– Facilitate the tracking of maintenance and preventative maintenance and scheduling.– Provide a highly configurable commercial–off–the–shelf software solution for work management against a host of capital resource assets.– The system must support users in efficiently conducting and documenting condition assessments for each asset, so that the resultant data can be used to estimate the quantity and costs of repair and remediation work.– Must be performed on the assets with regularity to maintain relevant data in the solution.– System must assist staff in identifying what repairs and replacements should occur in the next budget cycle.– Provide a centralized digital work order system which facilitates tracking work performed on capital resource assets, using the diagrams.– Provide staff with the ability to track estimated and actual costs, at moderate accuracy, of work to improve the current budget estimates and work planning process.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 26, 2024.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2024.
