The Statement Of Objective (SOO) defines the requirement for the Contractor to engineer, furnish, install and test (EFI&T) a new 12–strand single mode(SM) fiber optic cable (FOC) between Core Node 988 and Critical Access 1090 at Little Rock AFB AR.The contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, labor, supervision, management, and other incidentals necessary to meet the requirements as stated in the Statement Of Objectives. The contractor shall comply with current TIA telecommunication installation and testing commercial standard and base installation standards.
