PRE–SOLICITATION NOTICE:The National Park Service, CONOPS Central, Missouri Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for resurfacing of compacted gravel access roads in Buffalo National River near Harrison, AR.Work will consist of providing all labor, qualified supervision, products, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, incidentals, and other services and expertise necessary to install 6 inches of compacted SB2 base materials to all areas. The roads primarily consist of a clay base with remnants of SB2 gravel.
