(1) Vendor needs to provide education abroad program management solution to integrates international recruitment, admissions, and student services with both banner and the federal government’s student and exchange visitor information system.– Support student applications and scholarship applications.– Allow for students to pay program deposits.– Send automatic email notifications to students to remind them to complete their application and to faculty to remind them they have student applications to review.– Communicate with admitted students and scholars directly and maintain a log of email communication sent to all users on the site.– Allow students to upload their digital documents and attach them to their online records by converting all paper forms into E–forms within data system.– Integrate with banner to ensure accurate information and to avoid duplicate records.– Ability to link to external education abroad site that allows staff and faculty to build itineraries at different locations and price points.(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 22, 2024.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
