Vendor needs to provide janitorial service to the government authority located in AR.– Cabinets and Countertop – wipe sink and countertop, inside the drawers and corners leaving no trash underneath the cabinet, wipe microwave inside and out.– Refrigerator – wipe all inside, wipe glass, clean ice tray, vegetable trays, also wipe on the outside and on top of outside.– Knock down cobwebs, wipe tables, wipe chairs, and sweep under pillows, clean windows and window seals, spot clean walls, clean vents, and door seals.– Trash cans – clean inside and outside.– Doors, door frames, door handles, and all vents, – wiped down with surface appropriate disinfectant leaving no dust.
