This is a pre–solicitation notice.The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Dale Bumpers National Rice Research Center (DBNRRC) located in Stuttgart, AR., has a requirement for a new roof replacement on the equipment shed between greenhouses. The work includes but is not limited to: The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and professional services necessary to remove and install a new roof on the equipment shed, as per the Statement of Work (SoW). The contractor shall provide a detailed technical proposal and detailed cost breakdown for the entire project.USDA ARS SEA intends to issue a Request for Proposals for a firm fixed priced contract. The solicitation is anticipated to be a Total Small Business Set–Aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 236220 with a size standard of $45.0 M.
