(1) Vendor needs to provide career software.• Assign an Account Manager• Coordinate regular check–ins on customer implementation status• Notify customer immediately if there is an expected change in implementation effort and/or adjusted timelines are needed• Provide a remote access learning environment for the customer• Provide guidelines for data formatting and preparation in advance of the Kickoff Meeting date• Leadership Training• Configuration Consultation• Staff User Training– Must have Career Fair Management–marketing, registration, invoicing & customized booth options– Must have appointment management that tracks and syncs appointments to MS Outlook and capture private notes and comments with students for action and follow–up.– Must have single sign–on capabilities to use existing campus credentials.– Must be able to advertise and create events– Must be able to integrate with social media– Must have peer messaging at other schools– Must have virtual career fair management– Post special events and keep abreast of special events offered by career services– Students can apply for jobs online 24/7 and receive feedback on application(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 29, 2024.(3) The contract period will be for one year.(4) Must have mobile app capabilities
