– Vendor needs to provide IT managed service to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR. – To provide the following services: 24 by 7 by 365 remote and onsite tier 1 and tier 2 Helpdesk support to include resetting passwords, troubleshooting end–user hardware, software, and basic connectivity problems for all agency facilities across the state.– Contractor must be capable of providing remote and onsite administrative support as needed in on–prem and cloud environments as well to include network administration, system administration, database administration, security operations, and disaster recovery.
