– Vendor needs to provide outside list management, list fulfillment, and marketing effort services for agency magazine. – We require daily processing of subscriptions which includes caging, mail opening, data entry, file maintenance, billing, issuing labels, postal service reports and handling complaints and inquiries.– Potentially, this could be up to, but not limited to 300 subscriptions daily.– We would also require the prospective contractor to handle the expiration, new business, renewal, and gift promotions.– The list management provider would also process subscriptions accurately and within five business days of subscriber signups.
