(1) Vendor needs to provide eligibility support services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.– Provide the appropriate type and number of staff to meet the Scope of Work requirements in the following categories key personnel are italicized: The Contractor must provide 100 Eligibility Specialists to perform casework and the necessary amount of key personnel to support the operations plan and quality metrics.– Provide access to staff. Contractor must work in the appropriate eligibility worker queues and shall process tasks as outlined and policies and procedures:– Contractor will mutually agree if any additional queues are to be monitored and worked by Contractor eligibility staff with final determination being made by agency.– Recruit and hire eligibility specialists to handle ongoing Medicaid cases within sixty days of the start of the contract and must maintain agreed upon run rate staffing throughout the life of the contract.– Process eligibility tasks in English and Spanish. Agency and the Contractor will mutually agree if any other languages are necessary. The Worker Portal is in English, but clients may submit documentation written in a foreign language that requires translation services.– Utilize the State’s knowledge management system to provide staff with online access to resources and the most up–to–date information.
