(1) Vendor needs to provide UCaaS cloud based phone solution. - Communication channels: chat, voice email - Call Tree or menu must support English & Spanish - Support 50 total call center users in multiple call centers (customer service - 30, new service - 3, emergency or after hours - 5, cross connection - 3) - Pricing for 250 office users - Fax lines - 24 - Locations, 31 different buildings at 7 different locations in central state. - Conference or lobby phones 11. - Must have the ability to score, record and transcribe all call center calls. - Ability to record on demand on office user phones. - Ability to use API to connect to billing system for screen pop. 1. Video and audio conferencing: - HD audio and video conferencing. - Join from a desktop web browser. - Join from mobile devices. - Join from a mobile browser. - Remote desktop control. - Screen sharing. - Group or private chat. - Push-to-talk mode. 2. Messaging: - 1-on-1 instant messaging. - Team messaging. - Threaded messages. - Ability to open multiple chat windows. - Cross-platform team messaging. 3. Voicemail: 4. Calling features: - Unlimited calling for business phone. - Tier 1 phone number and extension. - HD quality voice. - Voicemail with transcription. - Voicemail to email. - UC call recording. - Hot desking. - Caller ID.
