Vendor needs to provide government relations services.
- Vendor shall develop and implement strategies to successfully promote agency legislative priorities.
- Vendor shall appear before the Legislature, establish, and maintain close contacts among legislative
committees, individual legislators, public officials, trade and industry associations, and business organizations in order to influence members and to assure full communication of ideas, interests, and favoured outcomes.
- Vendor may be required to perform research concerning proposed legislation and to prepare articles, briefings, and communication legislation.
- The goal of the contract is to achieve measurable outcomes in statutory language to advance legislative agenda.
