- A social scientist or human dimensions researcher to conduct a 2023 survey of Arkansas trout permit holders and analyze collected data.
- Provide information on demographic characteristics, fishing behavior, motivation, preferences, attitudes toward regulations and other aspects of trout fishing
- Provide the researcher with a database of resident and non- resident anglers who purchased a trout permit in FY23.
- The researcher should use data collected during the project to describe various characteristics of survey respondents and evaluate trends relative to the 2003 and 2013 surveys.
