- Coordination and liaison with owner's designated design team and consulting entities to maintain project schedule and budget.
- Facilitate communication between all interested and involved parties.
- Document management and control and reporting
- Design change management and reporting.
- Schedule tracking and construction progress reporting.
- Compliance inspections and progress reporting.
- Conflict resolution and problem solving.
- Quality control.
- Document control.
- Quality assurance.
- Punch list coordination.
- Collection and distribution of closeout documents.
- Completeness of the proposals.
- A brief profile of the firm's organization and history including the year the firm was established and the number of years the firm has been in business.
- Project understanding, scope, and approach to provide services efficiently.
- Experience and qualifications of the firm and project team members.
- For each housing authority or public agency, provide the name of the entity, dates of the engagement, summary of services provided and the contact's name of the individual responsible for overseeing the work of the firm.
- Practical and educational experience in the real estate development process.
- Team approach indicate your firm's approach to providing the services elements.
