(1) Vendor needs to provide website design and development service must be compatible with browsers including Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome, mobile device including cellular, tablet, and desktop devices and social media including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn.
- Design website to ensure compliance with applicable accessibility laws, standards and guidelines
- Conduct research and gather data to develop an intuitive, user-friendly, flexible information architecture and site navigation that is scalable, allowing the primary audiences easy and quick access to key content, while supporting strategic messaging
- Provide with graphic design templates for the homepage and three tiers of subsequent subpages of the website that supports the mission and brand
- Ensure the NWAEDD website exposure by adhering to the latest search engine optimization (SEO) best practices and submitting page and sitemap information to all popular search engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo, et al) while allowing for intuitive integration with major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn et al).
- social media content may be integrated into the website. This may include social walls, feeds, blog posts, etc. on section of pages of full pages
- website shall incorporate sharing abilities (email, share, download).
- Design and implement a widget that can quickly and automatically control certain spaces of the homepage and create smaller/secondary message that would appear throughout the entire site to be used as necessary.
- Provide ongoing support for any problems that may occur after launch. If applicable provide on-going support for updates and maintenance of website security.
