(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing and advertising service.
- The contractor shall design, develop, coordinate and manage earned and paid media campaigns, traditional publications and promotional materials which includes:
- Media campaigns.
- Television and radio advertisements.
- Printed brochures.
- Flyers.
- Souvenir programs.
- Daily guides.
- Media services.
- Outreach services.
- Sponsorship services.
- Sales promotion services.
- Public relations services.
- Video and audio scripting and production.
- Branding consultation.
- Logo development.
- Public information.
- Public education.
- The contractor shall prepare advertisements, presentation materials, and collateral materials to include copy and layout, type composition, collateral engravings, finished artwork, photographs, photostats, mat art assembly, paste-ups, model fees, endorsements, testimonials, talent, story boards, scripts, music rights, filming, recording, video dubbing, editing, slide and video production, equipment rentals, scenery, properties, costumes, display materials, sales promotion, merchandising materials, brochures, copywriting, graphs, design, PowerPoint presentations, electronic design and any other need as determined by the department.
- The contractor shall create, test, produce, place and manage all media and educational advertisements using a combination of mediums, such as social, electronic, print, grassroots and public service campaigns.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 01, 2023.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.
