Vendor needs to provide facilities investment services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
(1) Service Calls, including emergency, urgent, and routine
(2) Preventive Maintenance (PM) for a wide variety of equipment and systems
(3) Inspection, Testing, and Certification for various types of equipment
(4) Other Recurring Services for the inspection and repair of equipment and systems
(5) IDIQ repair, restoration, and modernization requirements which are beyond the scope of service calls, as well as related tasks such as preparation for and restoration from accidents and natural disasters
(6) Environmental Services: for multiple locations in the region.
