Government Authority located in Arkansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for impound auctioneering services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide licensed auctioneer to auction approximately 30-50 vehicles to the highest bidder bi-weekly to the government authority located in Arkansas.
i) Must currently possess or be able to obtain a City of Little Rock Business License prior to final award and be licensed to do business in the State of Arkansas by an authorized governmental body.
ii) Auctioneer must be licensed by the Arkansas Auctioneers Licensing Board and provide a copy with their response.
- Auctioneer must possess a vehicle equipped with an extended height camper shell or possess a box truck capable of comfortably transporting the auctioneer and at least two (2) City employees to record winning bids.
- Auctioneer must provide interior and exterior pictures of the vehicle they plan to use during the auction. Submit pictures with bid response.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
