[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide managed service provider include all items necessary to maintain a working network to the government authority located in Jacksonville, AR.
- 24/7/365 Network Monitoring: ensure that 18 ISP circuits and on premise network hardware maintain connectivity for approximately 300 city employees
- Servers: Support Simplivity server cluster, support 11 machines running Windows Server, assist with troubleshooting issues as they arise, complete monthly patching on of all Windows servers
- Switches and routers: Support 10 switches and 17 Fortinet routers, troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Vendor management: Contact vendors for hardware support as needed. This may be independently or with a member of the city IT department
- Warranty management: Ensure that warranties, support contracts and licenses remain current
- Backups: Ensure backups run successfully on schedule and test backups periodically
- On-site services: perform work on-site when troubleshooting cannot be accomplished remotely

- Performance of the work will be Offsite.
