[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- An experienced, professional firm to provide on-call janitorial services for its facilities as needed.
- Services would include:
• Emptying trash receptacles and remove trash to designated areas
• Vacuuming
• Cleaning toilets
• Mopping hard-surface floors
• Cleaning sinks
• Cleaning mirrors
• Dusting
• Cleaning Interior Glass and Windows
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 15, 2022.
(3) The contract period will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
