[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide chronic wasting disease database system.
- Develop a database that will ease the ability of viewing various data, running queries and analysis utilizing various methods from a centralized location while minimizing the effort required to archive, organize, edit and update new data.
- Store data provided by agency through smart-phone devices (i.e. Android and iPhone) and desktop devices throughout the state;
- Database must be able to match with Disease testing result CSV files originated from two separate laboratories to reconcile testing results for each sample collected;
- Allow automated messaging of test results to hunters;
- Utilize data to create an outward viewing dashboard for the public to view latest Disease surveillance totals;
- Display various data metrics to develop an inward view dashboard for only agency employees to access;
- Create a tool for agency employees to scan barcodes for each unique sample and assign batch numbers for laboratory submission;
- Allow agency personnel to download data in Microsoft Excel, text, comma delimited, or other to be determined data type.
(2) All questions must be submitted in written no later than October 27, 2022.
(3) The contract period will be for five years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
